NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Contest consists of multiple phases. The entry period portion of the Contest has ended and the potential Candidates have been determined. The voting phase begins at 5:00 pm PT on 10/1/09 and ends at 3:00 pm PT on 11/3/09. Voting in the Contest is open to members of the US public, 13 years or older (except for residents of the State of Maine who must be 18 years of age or older).
